When calling for service please advise the operator of the following:

• The address or location of the motorcycle
• The nearest cross-street or intersection
• If on a motorway, the best approach for our driver
• The address where the motorcycle is to be delivered
• Whether there is a pillion passanger needing transport

Things to remember when your bike breaks down:

• Move your motorcycle off the road, parallel and as close to the kerb as possible
• If your motorcycle has battery power turn on your hazard lights or parking lights
• Stand or sit OFF the shoulder or road where possible
• Keep to the rear of your bike so as you can see traffic approaching from behind
• Never attempt to repair or inspect your motorcycle with your back to oncoming traffic
• If you have a mobile phone contact a relative or friend to let them know where you are
• Female riders should wait for help in a well lit area, advising our driver of your location if you are not with your motorcycle
• If the breakdown occurs in an isolated area, contact the police to inform them of your location and any concerns you have regarding your wellbeing and safety
• Stay alert and keep an eye out for our driver
